PER CURIAM: * The Federal Public Defende r, appoi nted to represent Cruz Peral ta-Soto (“Peral ta”), has requested leave to withdraw as counsel and has filed a brief as required by Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Peralata has not filed a response to counsel’s motion to wit hdraw. Our independent revie w of the brief and the record discloses no nonfrivolous issue for appeal.
Accordingly, the motion for leave to withdraw is GRAN TED, counsel is excused from further responsibilities in this case, and the APPEAL IS DISMISSED. 5th Cir. R. 42.2.
