DUCKWORTH OPINION OF THE COURT
NYGAARD, Circuit Judge.
Having considered the record and the parties' briefs, we will affirm, essentially for the reasons stated by the District Court in its order dated May 27, 2004.
Specifically, we find the injunction against the state court proceedings to be justified under the "protect or effectuate its judgments" exception to the Anti-Injunction Act. See 28 U.S.C. § 2283.
