PER CURIAM
Patricia Baker appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant’s motion for summary judgment in her action filed under the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. 2601 (1994). We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Baker v. Runyon , No. CA-97-476-5-F (E.D.N.C. Feb. 5, 1999). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED
