ORDER AMENDING OPINION
IT IS ORDERED that the slip opinion in the above case,
filed on December 2, 1999, be amended as follows:
Add the words "of the section 1981 as well as" to the first
and second line of page 41 of the slip opinion so that the
sentence running from page 40 to 41 reads: "For the
reasons stated there, we will affirm the dismissal of the
section 1981 as well as the Title VII and NJLAD claims
against the Union."
